Nothing here publishes itself. A submission goes into a queue, a person reads it, and only then does it appear, which is also why this page started out empty rather than full.
We check that a real person wrote it. We do not edit the wording, tidy the spelling or move the flattering ones to the top: they sit newest first, and an unflattering one stays up. A page with nothing but praise on it is telling you about the moderation rather than about the shop.
The reservation reference is optional. Give it and we publish the review with a verified order mark beside it; leave it out and the review goes up just the same.
We never show your email address. We ask for it so we can write back when a review points at something we ought to fix, and we use it for nothing else.
None of that tells you what a specimen costs. The prices are in the shop, where the whole dried caps and the stone-milled powder are ordered by the gram.
Whatever they say, they say it above, and we would rather you read that than a summary of it written by us: a shop that summarises its own reviews has started writing them. How one gets onto the page is set out directly below.
